Getting There

  • Walking

    Start at Frederikshavn Harbor, which is a central location in the city. From the harbor, head northeast along the waterfront promenade, enjoying the views of the sea. Continue walking straight until you reach the intersection with Østerbro. Turn left onto Østerbro and walk for about 500 meters until you reach Rådhusgade. Turn right onto Rådhusgade and continue for another 200 meters. You will see Krudttårnet ahead on your left at Kragholmen 2.

    From Frederiksvaerk St. (the main bus station), take bus number 1 towards 'Sydhaven'. After approximately 10 minutes, get off at the 'Kragholmen' bus stop. Once you exit the bus, walk a short distance west along Kragholmen Street, and you will find Krudttårnet on your right at Kragholmen 2.

    If you have access to a bicycle, start from the city center and head east towards the waterfront. Follow the bike path along the coast, which leads you towards Kragholmen.
