A stunning Bauhaus-style venue on the Baltic Sea coast, the Kurhaus Warnemünde combines historic elegance with modern amenities. Built between 1917 and 1928, this iconic seaside palace hosts world-class dining at Restaurant Paulo Scutarro, live concerts in the adjoining garden, and prestigious events. The beautifully restored complex features a concert shell, terraces overlooking the sea, and hosts major festivals including Warnemünder Woche and Hanse Sail.

Regional Train
From Rostock Hauptbahnhof, take the S-Bahn S1 line directly to Warnemünde station, approximately 15–20 minutes. The Kurhaus is a 5–10 minute walk from the station along Seestraße toward the waterfront. Trains run frequently throughout the day. Single tickets cost approximately 3–4 euros.
Regional Bus
Multiple bus lines serve Warnemünde from central Rostock, with journey times of 25–35 minutes depending on the route. Buses stop near the Leuchtturmvorplatz (lighthouse square), from which the Kurhaus is a 5–10 minute walk along the promenade. Fares are approximately 3–4 euros per journey.
Private Vehicle
The Kurhaus is located at Seestraße 18, 18119 Rostock-Warnemünde. An adjacent public parking garage with 550 spaces operates 24 hours daily. Parking costs 3.50 euros per hour for the first three hours, then 2.50 euros per additional hour, with a daily maximum of 18 euros. The garage is video-monitored and accepts cash and card payments.
Walking from Town Center
From central Warnemünde (Leuchtturmvorplatz), the Kurhaus is approximately 800 meters along the waterfront promenade. The walk takes 10–12 minutes on flat, paved terrain with sea views throughout. The route is accessible year-round and passes through the heart of the resort.
