Helsingør Castle and Historic City Self-Guided Walking Tour
Well worth a trip
We travelled by train using our Copenhagen card to Helsingnor. The castle was a short walk & magnificent, the guides were great & the interpretation was good, lovely the ball room & lavish parties & adult dress up room. Shop & tea room were good. Loved the tea.

Take the ferry to Helsingborg (SE) to arrive, after 15 minutes in Helsingǿr (Elseneur DK), where Hamlet reportedly told, staring at him, to the skull he was holding in his hand, that something was rotten in his kingdom. Smallest maritime distance between Denmark and Sweden. The city, very touristy, is lovely.
