From the center of Jarabacoa, head east on Calle Juan A. Morillo toward Calle Manuel A. Pérez. Continue straight for about 1 kilometer until you reach the intersection with Calle La Confluencia. Turn left onto Calle La Confluencia and proceed for approximately 1.5 kilometers. You will pass through a residential area and start to see more natural scenery. Keep an eye out for signs leading to Arroyo Frío, as you will be approaching the river. Once you reach the end of Calle La Confluencia, continue walking straight until you reach the main road (Carretera Principal).

From the main square in Jarabacoa, find the local 'carro público' (shared taxi) station. Look for a carro público heading to Jamao al Norte. The fare is usually around 50-100 Dominican Pesos. Inform the driver that you want to get off at Río El Paraíso de Arroyo Frío. The journey will take about 30 minutes. Once you arrive in Jamao al Norte, you may need to walk approximately 1 kilometer to reach the exact location of Río El Paraíso, following local signs or asking for directions.
