From the center of Puerto Plata, head to the main bus station located on Avenida Francisco Alberto Caamaño. Look for buses heading towards Santiago or specifically those that mention 'Tubagua' or 'Ruta Panoramica'. The fare is usually inexpensive. Once you board, inform the driver of your destination, Tubagua Ecolodge. The journey should take approximately 30-40 minutes. When you reach Km. 19 on Ruta Panoramica, ask the driver to drop you off at Tubagua Ecolodge.

Motorcycle Taxi (Motoconcho)
If you prefer a quicker option, go to a nearby street and look for motorcycle taxis (motoconchos). Negotiate the fare before getting on. Tell the driver you want to go to Tubagua Ecolodge located at Km. 19, Ruta Panoramica. This option is faster and should take around 20-30 minutes depending on traffic.

From there, walk towards Calle 12 de Julio, and then catch a local bus heading towards Santiago. Get off at the stop for Ruta Panoramica, specifically at Km. 19.
