Getting There

Car
From the center of Santiago de los Caballeros, take the Autopista Duarte (DR-1) heading north. Continue for approximately 30 km until you reach the town of Villa González. Take the exit toward Moca (DR-35) and continue for about 20 km. Once you reach Moca, follow signs leading towards La Vega. Continue on the DR-36 until you reach the junction with the DR-5. Turn left onto DR-5 and follow the road for approximately 25 km until you arrive at the vicinity of Playa Puerto Chiquito, located at QF3F+32G. Parking may be available near the beach, but check for any local restrictions.

From Santiago de los Caballeros, head to the main bus terminal (Caribbean Bus Station). Purchase a ticket to Moca, which typically costs around 150-200 DOP. The bus will take roughly 45 minutes. Once in Moca, you will need to take a local 'guagua' (minibus) heading towards La Vega. Inform the driver you are going to Playa Puerto Chiquito; the fare is approximately 50 DOP. After a 30-minute ride, you will get off at a point close to Playa Puerto Chiquito (QF3F+32G). From there, you may have to walk a short distance to reach the beach.
