Getting There

Car
Starting from the center of Las Terrenas, head southwest on Calle Duarte toward Avenida Libertad. Continue straight on Avenida Libertad for about 1.5 kilometers until you reach a roundabout. Take the second exit at the roundabout onto Avenida El Carmen. Continue on Avenida El Carmen for approximately 2 kilometers. You will see signs directing you towards Playa Bonita. Follow these signs, and after about 1 kilometer, turn left onto José Antonio Martínez. Turtle Lagoon Beach will be on your right. Parking is available nearby, but be mindful of any parking fees.

From central Las Terrenas, locate the local guagua (minibus) station near the Plaza Rosada. Take a guagua heading towards Playa Bonita or Las Galeras.
