Walk
If you're in the center of Puerto Plata, head towards the beach area (Playa Dorada). From the beach, follow the coast heading east towards Cabarete. You may need to take a local bus or a taxi to get to Cabarete, as it's approximately 20 km away from Puerto Plata. Once in Cabarete, walk along the main beach road (Avenida Principal) until you see signs for Punta Goleta. Continue walking on Avenida Principal until you reach the Ultravioleta area. Pro Kite Cabarete is located at 5 Punta Goleta, just off the main road, and should be easy to spot.

From the main bus terminal in Puerto Plata, take a bus or 'carro publico' heading towards Sosua or Cabarete. Make sure to tell the driver you want to get off at Cabarete. The journey will take approximately 30-40 minutes. Once you arrive in Cabarete, walk towards the beach area and along the beachfront road until you reach Punta Goleta, where Pro Kite Cabarete is located at 5 Punta Goleta.
