To reach National Park El Choco y Las Cuevas de Cabarete via public transportation, take a 'carro publico' (shared taxi) from your location in Cordillera Central to Sosúa. The fare is usually around 150-300 DOP. Once in Sosúa, transfer to another 'carro publico' heading to Cabarete. This leg of the journey will cost approximately 50 DOP. Upon arrival in Cabarete, ask the driver to drop you off near the beach area, and then walk to the entrance at 5 16, Cabarete 57000.
