Car
If you're driving, start from the town of Neiba. Head east on Carretera Neiba a La Cienaga (also known as the 'Neiba-Cienaga Road'). Continue for about 15 kilometers until you reach the fork at the entrance of Sierra de Bahoruco National Park. Take the left fork to stay on the main road. After approximately 10 kilometers, you will see a sign indicating the Laguna La Cienaga turnoff. Turn right and follow the unpaved road for about 5 kilometers, which may be bumpy, so drive cautiously. Laguna La Cienaga will be on your left.

To reach Laguna La Cienaga using public transportation, take a guagua (minibus) from Neiba to the nearest town, which is La Cienaga. The fare is usually around 100 DOP.
