From Cuyabeno Wildlife Reserve, head southwest on the main road towards the town of El Coca. It's approximately a 2-3 hour drive (depending on road conditions) to reach El Coca. Once you arrive in El Coca, follow the signs to the entrance of Parque Nacional Cayambe-Coca, which is about 30 km from the town center. Be prepared for a mix of paved and unpaved roads. Note that there may be a fee charged for entry into the park, so have cash ready.

To travel by public transportation, take a bus from Cuyabeno Wildlife Reserve to El Coca. Buses run regularly and the journey will take about 2-3 hours.
