    If you are driving from the city of Ibarra, head south on the E35 highway. Continue for about 8 kilometers until you reach the junction with the E28 road. Take the E28 road towards Otavalo. After approximately 12 kilometers, you will see signs for Laguna San Pablo on your right. Follow the signs and continue for another 3 kilometers until you reach the lake's parking area.     From Ibarra, take a bus to Otavalo. Buses leave frequently from the main terminal in Ibarra, and the fare is typically around $0.50.
