Car
If you are driving from Tena, head south on the E45 highway. Continue for about 20 kilometers until you reach the turnoff for San Pedro de Arajuno. Turn left onto the road leading to San Pedro de Arajuno and continue for approximately 10 kilometers. Look for signs directing you to Itamandi Eco Lodge, which will be located at VCJ5+HQF, San Pedro de Arajuno. The lodge is situated near the river, so keep an eye out for the beautiful surroundings as you approach.
Public Transportation
From Tena, take a bus heading to San Pedro de Arajuno. Buses leave frequently from the main bus terminal in Tena and the fare is typically around $1-2 USD. After about a 45-minute ride, you will reach the town of San Pedro de Arajuno. From there, you may need to hire a taxi or a local moto-taxi to reach Itamandi Eco Lodge, which is approximately 10 kilometers from the town center. Expect to pay around $5-10 USD for the taxi ride.
Walking
If you find yourself in San Pedro de Arajuno and prefer to walk, you can trek to Itamandi Eco Lodge. Start from the main square of San Pedro and follow the signs towards the lodge, which is situated about 10 kilometers away. The walk will take you through beautiful landscapes, but make sure to wear comfortable shoes and bring plenty of water, as the route can be rugged and takes about 2-3 hours.
