Public Transport
From the central bus terminal in Puyo, take a bus heading towards Macas. Inform the driver that you want to get off at the Nuevo Mundo sector. The bus ride typically takes about 30 minutes. From there, walk approximately 1 km to the entrance of Cascada Hola Vida. Look for signs along the way to guide you. The bus fare is approximately $1.
Car
From Puyo, head southeast on the Vía a Macas road. After approximately 6 km, turn right towards the Nuevo Mundo sector. Follow this road for about 3 km until you reach the entrance to Cascada Hola Vida. Parking is usually available near the entrance. Parking is free.
