Start from the main street in Puerto Ayora, Avenida Charles Darwin. Head east towards the intersection with Calle 12 de Febrero. Continue along Avenida Charles Darwin until you reach the intersection with Calle Baltra. Turn left onto Calle Baltra and walk until you reach the main entrance of the Galapagos National Park (Centro de Interpretación). From there, ask for directions to Los Gemelos, as it is located approximately 10 km away and may require a taxi or local transport to reach the entrance of the twin craters.

If you prefer not to walk, you can take a taxi from anywhere in Puerto Ayora. Simply tell the driver you're going to Los Gemelos (the Twin Craters). The drive takes about 20-30 minutes.
