From Santa Elena, take the E28 highway (also known as Troncal de la Costa) heading south towards Naranjal. Continue on this road for approximately 24 kilometers (about 30 minutes). As you approach Naranjal, look for signs indicating 'Cerro De Hayas' or '7 Cascadas.' Turn onto the access road leading to the attraction, which may be a short gravel road. Make sure to park in the designated area and prepare for a short hike to reach the waterfalls.

Public Transportation
From Santa Elena, catch a bus heading to Naranjal from the main bus terminal. The buses are frequent and the ride will take around 45 minutes to 1 hour, costing approximately $1.50. Once you arrive at the Naranjal bus terminal, you can take a taxi or a local ‘mototaxi’ to reach 'Cerro De Hayas.' The taxi ride should cost around $2-3 and will take about 15 minutes. Make sure to agree on the fare before starting the ride.
