Seven years later, their dream came to life with the opening of Samari Spa Resort. The name 'Samari,' derived from the Quechua word meaning 'enjoy and feel at home,' reflects the resort's inviting atmosphere. The resort uses local materials like Eucalyptus wood and stones from the Tungurahua volcano in its construction.The resort boasts 37 rooms, each equipped with modern amenities such as minibars, Wi-Fi, and cable TV. The Oriental Spa features a heated indoor pool, massage rooms, sauna, Jacuzzi, and Turkish baths. Guests can indulge in various spa treatments, including the popular 'Lavender Relaxation Treatment'. The resort's restaurant, Casa de Piedra, offers national and international cuisine, using organic ingredients from its own garden.
