If you are in Luxor's city center, start at the Luxor Temple. From the temple, head east toward the Nile River, then turn left on the Corniche road. Walk north along the river for about 1 kilometer until you reach the junction with El-Madinah Street. Turn right onto El-Madinah Street and continue walking for approximately 500 meters. At the end of the street, you will find the entrance to the Chapel of Osiris, which is located at PM96+4FV, Luxor City.

If you are staying near the Luxor Museum, exit the museum and head south on the Corniche road toward the city center. Walk along the river for about 1 kilometer, then turn right onto El-Madinah Street. Continue straight for about 500 meters until you reach the Chapel of Osiris located at PM96+4FV, Luxor City.
