Ferry
To reach El-Gezira Hotel & Restaurant from the East Bank of Luxor, you will first need to take a ferry across the Nile River. Head to the nearest ferry dock, which is typically located near the Luxor Temple. Look for a small boat that runs regularly between the East and West Banks. The ferry ride costs approximately 5 EGP per person and takes about 10 minutes. Make sure to ask the crew for the next stop, as they will assist you in getting to the right place.

Once you have arrived at the West Bank ferry dock, disembark and head towards the main road, which is called Al-Bairat Street. You will want to walk in the direction of the Nile, and you should see signs for 'Geziret-el-Beirat'. Continue walking straight for about 500 meters until you come to a small roundabout. From there, take the first exit to your right. El-Gezira Hotel & Restaurant will be located approximately 200 meters down this road on your left-hand side. Look for the sign that indicates the hotel and restaurant.
