If you're traveling by car, start from Kuressaare, the capital of Saare County. Take the road towards Muhu Island via the Kuivastu-Muhu ferry. The ferry operates regularly and the ticket costs approximately €5 per person and about €10 for a car. The ferry ride takes about 30 minutes. Once you arrive on Muhu Island, continue on the main road towards Paenase. Follow the signs to Paenase külatee. After about 10 km, turn right onto Paenase külatee. Muhu Tõnise Talu is located on this road. Look for the sign indicating the farm.

Public Transportation
For public transport, you can take a bus from Kuressaare to the ferry terminal at Kuivastu. Buses run several times a day, and the ticket costs about €2-€5. After your ferry ride to Muhu Island, you can catch a local bus towards Paenase. Check the local schedules as they may vary. Once you reach the nearest bus stop to Paenase, you might have to walk approximately 1 km to Muhu Tõnise Talu. Look for signs along the way or ask locals for directions.

If you prefer a more direct route, consider taking a taxi from Kuressaare to the ferry terminal, and then a taxi from the ferry terminal on Muhu Island directly to Muhu Tõnise Talu. Taxis are available at the ferry terminal, but it’s advisable to book in advance, especially during peak tourist seasons. The taxi fare from Kuressaare to the ferry terminal is around €15, and from the ferry terminal to Muhu Tõnise Talu, it could cost approximately €20.
