The Kadriorg Carousel is located at L. Koidula 21, just a short walk from the parking areas.

For those using public transportation, you can take bus number 21 from various points in Harju County. Make sure to check the bus schedule for the most accurate times. Get off at the 'Kadriorg' stop, which is the closest to the Kadriorg Park area. From there, it’s a short walk to L. Koidula 21 where the carousel is located. Keep in mind that a single bus ticket costs around €2, which you can purchase from the bus driver.
