From anywhere on Hiiumaa Island, head towards the village of Kõinastu. If you're starting from Kärdla, take the main road (Route 10) heading north for about 25 kilometers. Once you reach the intersection with Route 62, turn left. Follow Route 62 for approximately 10 kilometers until you see signs for Kõinastu. Continue straight into the village, and you will reach the coast near Keinas Island. There is no bridge connecting to the island, so you will need a boat to get there, which can be arranged locally.
