Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Pärnu Road (Pärnu maantee). Turn left onto Pärnu Road, then follow it until you reach the intersection with Narva Road (Narva maantee). Take a right and follow this road until you see signs for the Town Hall. There is limited parking available near Raekoja plats, and you may need to pay for parking.
