If you are traveling by car from Soomaa National Park to Kadriorg Park in Tallinn, start by taking the Pärnu highway (E263) from Soomaa. Follow the signs for Tallinn and continue on the highway for approximately 130 kilometers. As you approach Tallinn, follow the signs for 'Kesklinn' (City Center). Once in the city, exit onto Narva mnt (Route 2), then turn onto A. Weizenbergi street. Kadriorg Park will be on your left. There is parking available nearby, but be aware that it may incur a fee, typically around €2 per hour.

To reach Kadriorg Park using public transportation, start by taking a bus or train from a nearby town or city to Tallinn. Once in Tallinn, head to the bus station or train station and catch bus number 21 or tram number 1 or 2. These routes will take you to the Kadriorg area. Get off at the 'Kadriorg' stop. From there, it's a short walk to the park entrance located at A. Weizenbergi 26. Keep in mind that a single ticket for public transportation in Tallinn costs around €2, and you can purchase tickets at kiosks or from vending machines.
