If you are traveling by car from Soomaa National Park to Kadriorg Park in Tallinn, start by taking the Pärnu highway (E263) from Soomaa. Follow the signs for Tallinn and continue on the highway for approximately 130 kilometers. As you approach Tallinn, follow the signs for 'Kesklinn' (City Center). Once in the city, exit onto Narva mnt (Route 2), then turn onto A. Weizenbergi street. Kadriorg Park will be on your left.
