If you are starting from the Town Hall Square (Raekoja Plats), head east on Pikk Street. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Viru Street. Turn left onto Viru Street and walk towards the coast. When you reach the harbor, keep walking along the waterfront until you arrive at Pirita tee. The Rusalka Memorial will be on your left at Pirita tee 1, surrounded by a park.

Public Transportation - Tram
From Town Hall Square, walk to the nearest tram stop called 'Viru'. Take tram number 1 or 2 towards 'Kopli' or 'Tondi'. Ride for about 10 minutes and get off at the 'Pirita' stop. From there, walk east along Pirita tee for approximately 10 minutes. The Rusalka Memorial will be located on your right at Pirita tee 1.

If you are driving, head towards the coast using Laikmae Street. Follow signs for Pirita and continue straight until you reach Pirita tee. There is parking available near the Rusalka Memorial, but be aware that there may be a fee for parking. Once you park, the memorial is just a short walk away at Pirita tee 1.

From Town Hall Square, walk to the bus stop located at 'Hobujaama'. Take bus number 21 or 21B towards 'Pirita'. The journey takes about 15-20 minutes. Get off at the 'Pirita' stop and walk for about 5 minutes along Pirita tee. You will find the Rusalka Memorial on your left at Pirita tee 1.
