If you are starting from the Town Hall Square (Raekoja Plats), head east on Pikk Street. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Viru Street. Turn left onto Viru Street and walk towards the coast. When you reach the harbor, keep walking along the waterfront until you arrive at Pirita tee. The Rusalka Memorial will be on your left at Pirita tee 1, surrounded by a park.

From Town Hall Square, walk to the nearest tram stop called 'Viru'. Take tram number 1 or 2 towards 'Kopli' or 'Tondi'. Ride for about 10 minutes and get off at the 'Pirita' stop.
