If you are already in Tallinn Old Town, the best way to reach Tallinn Town Hall is by walking. From the Town Hall Square (Raekoja plats), which is the central square of the Old Town, you can easily spot the Town Hall located at Raekoja plats 1. Just walk towards the large building with a tall spire, it's a short walk of about 5 minutes from anywhere in the Old Town.

Public Transportation
If you are coming from outside the Old Town, you can take a tram or bus to the nearest stop. For example, take tram line 1 or 2 to the 'Vabaduse väljak' stop. From there, it's about a 10-minute walk to the Town Hall. Head down Tartu mnt towards the Old Town, continue on Pärnu mnt, and follow the signs to the Old Town. You may need to purchase a public transport ticket, which costs around €2 and can be bought from ticket machines or on the tram.

If you are driving, you can head towards the center of Tallinn and look for parking options near the Old Town. Note that parking directly in the Old Town is limited. The closest parking facility is at 'Parking House Vabaduse Väljak', which is about a 15-minute walk to Tallinn Town Hall. After parking, exit the parking structure and walk towards the Old Town, following signs to Raekoja plats.
