Walking
If you are in the Old Town area, head towards the Town Hall Square (Raekoja plats). Look for the tall spire of the Town Hall, which is hard to miss. From the Alexander Nevsky Cathedral, walk straight down to the main street (Kohtu) and turn left; continue straight until you reach the square. If you're coming from Viru Gate, walk straight through the Viru Street until you reach the square. The Town Hall is located at Raekoja plats 1, 10146 Tallinn.

Public Transport - Tram
If you're coming from the Tallinn Bus Station (Tallinna Bussijaam), take tram line 2 towards 'Tondi'. Ride for 5 stops and get off at 'Kalevi' stop. From there, walk straight down the street until it intersects with Harju Street, then turn left. Continue walking until you reach the Town Hall Square. The Town Hall will be in front of you at Raekoja plats 1.

Public Transport - Bus
From the Tallinn Port (Tallinna Sadam), take bus number 2 towards 'A. H. Tammsaare'. Ride for about 10 minutes and get off at 'Viru' stop. From there, navigate towards the Old Town by walking through the Viru Keskus shopping mall. Once you exit the mall, walk directly to the Town Hall Square, which is about a 10-minute walk. The Town Hall is located at Raekoja plats 1.
