If you are starting from the Tallinn Old Town area, head towards the main square known as Raekoja Plats. From the Town Hall Square, you will see the Tallinn Town Hall directly in front of you at Raekoja plats 1, 10146 Tallinn. It is hard to miss due to its tall spire and distinctive architecture.

Public Transport - Tram
If you are further away, you can take a tram to the 'Vabaduse Väljak' stop, which is a central point. From there, walk towards the Old Town. Head east on Tartu mnt, turn right onto Kaarli pst, and then continue straight until you enter the Old Town. Follow the signs to Raekoja Plats, and you will find Tallinn Town Hall at Raekoja plats 1.

You can also take a bus to the 'Tallinna Raekoja Plats' stop. Walk towards the Old Town and follow the signs as you approach Raekoja Plats. The Town Hall will be right in front of you when you reach the square.

Walking from the Port
If you are arriving from the Tallinna Passenger Port, exit the cruise terminal and walk towards the Old Town. Follow the main road (Sadama) towards the city center, then turn left onto Narva mnt. Continue straight until you reach the Old Town. From there, make your way to Raekoja Plats where the Town Hall is located.
