If you are in Kadriorg Park, head towards the main path that runs through the park. Follow the path as it curves towards the east. Continue walking for about 10 minutes until you reach the Kadrioru paistiik, which is situated near the eastern edge of the park. Look for signs that will guide you to the pond area.
