Walking
If you are in the Old Town, one of the best ways to reach Tallinn Town Hall is by walking. Start at the Town Hall Square (Raekoja Plats), which is the main square in Old Town. From the center of the square, look for the tall spire of the Town Hall, which is easily visible. Simply walk towards the spire, and you will reach the Town Hall located at Raekoja Plats 1, 10146 Tallinn. The walk should take about 5 minutes from anywhere in the Old Town.

While the Town Hall is easily reachable by foot, if you find yourself further away in the city, you can take a tram to the 'Vabaduse Väljak' stop and then walk towards the Old Town.
