Walking
If you are in the heart of Old Town, a great option is to walk to the Kohtuotsa viewing platform. Start at the Town Hall Square (Raekoja Plats), which is a central spot. From there, head towards the street called Pikk Street. Walk up Pikk Street, and then take a left onto Kohtu Street. Continue walking until you reach Kohtuotsa viewing platform, which will be on your right at Kohtu 12. The walk will take around 10-15 minutes and offers beautiful views of the old buildings along the way.

While walking is the most straightforward option from various points in Old Town, if you find yourself further away, you can take a tram or bus. The nearest tram stop is at 'Vabaduse Väljak'. Board tram number 1 or 2, and get off at the 'Tallinna Ülikool' stop. From there, walk up to the Kohtuotta viewing platform by following the same route as described above (Kohtu Street). The tram fare is approximately €2.00, which can be paid on board.
