Head west on Vene Street until you reach the intersection with Pikk Street. Turn right onto Pikk Street and continue straight for about 200 meters. Turn right onto Toom-Kooli Street and continue straight until you reach Raekoja Plats. The square will be on your left, and the Town Hall will be prominently displayed in the center.
