Walking
From the main building of Tartu University, head south on Ülikooli Street. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Lai Street. Turn left onto Lai Street, and walk approximately 400 meters. The Botanical Garden will be on your right at Lai 38.

Public Transportation
If you prefer to use public transport, take bus number 5 or 6 from the Tartu University stop. Ride for 2 stops and get off at the Lai stop. From there, walk about 200 meters east along Lai Street, and you will reach the Botanical Garden at Lai 38.

If you are driving, head south on Ülikooli Street. Turn left onto Lai Street and continue for about 400 meters. There is a parking lot available near the entrance of the Botanical Garden. Please note that parking may incur a fee, so check for signs indicating payment options.
