If you're starting from the Viljandi Town Hall (Raekoda), head southeast on Tallinna street, then take a right onto Pikk street. Continue walking straight for about 800 meters until you reach Kondase Keskus at Pikk 8. The building is on your left side, easily recognizable by its modern design.

From the Viljandi Bus Station, walk to the nearest bus stop and take Bus 1 or Bus 2 towards the city center. Get off at the 'Raekoda' stop. From there, head southeast on Tallinna street, then turn right onto Pikk street. Walk straight for about 800 meters, and you will find Kondase Keskus at Pikk 8 on your left.
