Walking
From the center of Viljandi, head east towards the Viljandi Town Hall located on Tallinna Street. Walk straight down Tallinna Street until you reach the intersection with J. Laidoneri Street. Turn left onto J. Laidoneri Street. Continue walking for about 500 meters, and you will see the Viljandi vana veetorn (water tower) on your right. The tower is easily recognizable, and you can take a moment to enjoy the picturesque surroundings.

If you are near the Viljandi Bus Station, take bus number 4 in the direction of Järve. After a short ride, get off at the 'J. Laidoneri' stop. From there, walk approximately 200 meters down J. Laidoneri Street towards the water tower. The Viljandi vana veetorn will be visible as you approach.
