Walking
From the center of Viljandi, head east towards the Viljandi Town Hall located on Tallinna Street. Walk straight down Tallinna Street until you reach the intersection with J. Laidoneri Street. Turn left onto J. Laidoneri Street. Continue walking for about 500 meters, and you will see the Viljandi vana veetorn (water tower) on your right.
