  • Public Transport

    Take bus route 400 or 410 to Leirvík. From Tórshavn, the bus journey takes approximately 1 hour and 34 minutes. From Klaksvík, the bus journey takes only 5 minutes. Once in Leirvík, walk towards Kulibakki street. The museum is located at 6 520 Kulibakki, a short walk from the bus stop. Bus fares are free for locals but a fare scheme for non-locals will be implemented sometime in 2025.

  • Car

    Navigate to Leirvík on Eysturoy Island. From the main road, take the exit towards Leirvík, then follow signs for Kulibakki. The museum is located at 6 520 Kulibakki, Leirvík 520, Faroe Islands. On-street parking is available nearby. Note that the Norðoyatunnilin connects Klaksvík to Leirvík and has a toll. The Eysturoyartunnilin connects Tórshavn to Runavík and has a toll. Tolls vary.
