Driving
From Vágar Airport, drive west on Route 22 towards Sørvágur. In Sørvágur, follow Route 45 towards Gásadalur. The drive takes approximately 15 minutes. After passing through the Gásadalstunnilin tunnel, continue to Gásadalur. Park in the designated area on the edge of the village and walk to the Múlafossur viewpoint. Parking is free. Be mindful of sheep on the road.
Public Transport
From Tórshavn, take bus 300 to Sørvágur. From Sørvágur, transfer to bus 350 to Gásadalur. The bus journey from Sørvágur to Gásadalur takes approximately 7 minutes. The bus will drop you off in Gásadalur, from where it is a short walk to the waterfall viewpoint. A single bus fare costs approximately 75 DKK. Note that bus 350 has limited departures and may require advance booking by phone.
Taxi
From Vágar Airport, a taxi to Gásadalur takes around 15 minutes. Pre-booking is generally required. Taxi fare from Vágar Airport to Gásadalur is approximately $35 or 1830 DKK.
Ferry and Bus
From the island of Mykines, take the line 36 ferry to Sørvágur. The ferry journey takes approximately 45 minutes and costs $7-9. From Sørvágur, transfer to bus 350 to Gásadalur. The bus journey from Sørvágur to Gásadalur takes approximately 7 minutes. The bus will drop you off in Gásadalur, from where it is a short walk to the waterfall viewpoint.
