If you are driving, start from the main village of Skúvoy, which is the only settlement on the island. Head northeast on the main road, following the signs towards the Ásmundarstakkur observation deck. The drive is approximately 10 minutes. There is a small parking area near the observation deck where you can leave your car.

From the village of Skúvoy, you can also choose to walk to Ásmundarstakkur. The walk takes about 30 minutes and is a pleasant hike through the scenic landscape of Skúvoy. Follow the path leading northeast out of the village; it is well-marked and offers stunning views of the surrounding mountains and the ocean.

Currently, there are no public transportation options directly to Ásmundarstakkur from other locations, as Skúvoy is a small island with limited transport. However, if you are coming from the main islands, take a ferry from the island of Skuvoy to Skúvoy.
