Driving
From the ferry terminal in Tvøroyri, drive south on Route 1. Continue for approximately 15 kilometers until you reach the village of Sumba. In Sumba, turn left onto Akrabergsvegur. Drive down this road for about 5 kilometers to Akraberg Lighthouse. Parking is available near the lighthouse. Note that the road to Akraberg is narrow with designated pull-over areas. There are no tolls or parking fees.

Public Transport & Walking
From Tvøroyri, take the local bus towards Sumba. Check the bus schedule for the latest routes and times. Once you arrive in Sumba, walk approximately 5 kilometers to Akraberg Lighthouse. Follow Akrabergsvegur south until you see the lighthouse. The bus fare from Tvøroyri to Sumba is approximately 30 DKK. Be sure to wear comfortable shoes for the walk.
