If you're traveling by car, start from Turku, which is a major city in the Archipelago Sea region. From Turku, take Route 1 (E18) southbound towards Naantali. Continue on Route 1 until you reach the town of Kaarina, then take the exit for Route 180 (Kaarinantie) heading towards Paimio. Follow Route 180 until you reach the fork, then take Route 189 toward the archipelago. Continue on this route; as you approach the archipelago area, you'll see signs directing you toward the Archipelago National Park. There are parking areas available near the park’s visitor center.

Public Transportation
For those opting for public transportation, start your journey at the Turku bus station. You can take a bus heading to Naantali or Paimio. Check the schedules on the Matkahuolto website. After arriving in Naantali, transfer to a local bus that goes to the nearest point to the Archipelago National Park. Note that public transportation schedules can vary, especially on weekends, so it’s advisable to check in advance. Once you arrive at your destination, you might need to walk or take a taxi to the park entrance.

The main ferry operator is the Archipelago Sea ferry service, which offers routes to islands such as Korpo, Nagu, and Houtskär. You can catch a ferry from the Turku ferry terminal, and tickets can be purchased at the terminal or online.
