If you are traveling by car, start from the center of Halti and head southeast on the E5 highway. Continue for approximately 10 km until you reach the junction with the route 75. Take the exit to route 75 towards Sotkamo. After about 40 km, take the exit towards Hiidenportintie. Follow Hiidenportintie for about 5 km until you reach the entrance of Hiidenportti National Park, located at Hiidenportintie 86, 88600 Sotkamo. Ensure you have a map or GPS device to help navigate as you approach the park.
