Getting There

  • Walking

    If you're near the Kumpula Botanic Garden, head southeast on Viinikkalankatu street for about 500 meters until you reach the intersection with Ruoholahdenkatu. Turn left onto Ruoholahdenkatu and continue for approximately 300 meters. You'll then arrive at Fredrikintori, which is a vibrant town square, perfect for relaxation and people-watching.

    From the nearest tram stop, Punavuori (for example, if you are at the intersection of Eira and Punavuori), take tram number 8 or 9 towards the city center. Travel for two stops and get off at the Fredrikintori stop. Fredrikintori will be right in front of you after you disembark.
