Once in the city, take the exit for 'Kaivokatu' and continue straight until you reach the junction with Pohjoisesplanadi. Turn left onto Pohjoisesplanadi, and you'll find Svenska Teatern at number 2 on your right. Parking is available in nearby parking facilities, but be aware that there may be fees ranging from €1.50 to €4.00 per hour.
