The Kajaani Art Museum is located at Linnankatu 14 in the city center. From the Kajaani Town Hall, walk east on Raatihuoneentori, then turn left onto Linnankatu. The museum will be on your left. The walk is approximately 5 minutes. No costs are associated with walking.

Public Transport
The Kajaani Art Museum is easily accessible by bus. From the Kajaani bus station, take any bus that stops near the city center. Get off at the 'Taidemuseo P' stop, which is directly in front of the museum. Bus tickets cost approximately €3-4. Check local bus schedules for the most up-to-date information.

Parking
If driving, parking is available on Pohjolankatu near the museum. There is one disabled parking space about 40 meters from the main doors. Other parking spaces are available with 3-hour disc parking from Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM. Parking is free and unrestricted on weekday evenings after 5 PM and on weekends. Parking fees are not charged unless the time limit is exceeded.
