The viewpoint of Iso-Pölly on Vuokatti Hill is accessible by car via the southern road between Sotkamo and Kajaani. Parking is available near the viewpoint, followed by a short walk to the accessible vista point platform. Parking is free in Vuokatti and Sotkamo, but some spaces may require a parking disc.
Public Transport
From the Kajaani Travel Centre (connected to the Kajaani Airport and railway station), take the local bus SotKatti towards Vuokatti. The bus operates in the Sotkamo-Vuokatti area. Get off at a stop near Vuokatti Hill and follow local signs to the hiking trails. A single ticket costs €2.00 when paying with cash or a bank card, or €1.50 with the mobile app. Children under 7 travel for free.

From Vuokatti center or nearby resorts, a taxi ride to Vuokatti Hill is a quick option. Taxis are readily available, and the ride takes approximately 7 minutes from Vuokatti to Sotkamo. Expect to pay around €18-€22 for the trip.
