Getting There

• Car

  If you're traveling by car within Nuuksio National Park, head towards the main road, Nuuksiontie. From the center of Nuuksio National Park, follow the signs for Nuuksiontie (Road 103). Continue on this road until you reach Nuuksiontie 83, where Nuuksio Reindeer Park is located. The journey should take approximately 10-15 minutes depending on your starting point. There is free parking available at the park.

• Public Transportation

  For those using public transportation, the nearest bus stop to Nuuksio National Park is located at 'Nuuksio National Park - Haukkalampi'. From there, take bus number 245 (Helsinki - Nuuksio) and ride until the stop 'Nuuksiontie 83'. The bus operates with a frequency of every hour on weekends, so be sure to check the schedule ahead of time. After disembarking, it's a short 5-minute walk to the entrance of Nuuksio Reindeer Park. Make sure to have a valid ticket, which costs approximately €4.50 for a single journey.

• Walking

  If you are already within walking distance in Nuuksio National Park, you can reach Nuuksio Reindeer Park by following the marked hiking trails. Look for signs directing you towards Nuuksiontie. The park is roughly a 2 km walk from popular trails, taking about 30-40 minutes. Ensure you wear comfortable walking shoes and carry a map of the trails if you are not familiar with the area.
