From the Riisitunturi National Park visitor center, head east on the road leading out of the park. Continue for approximately 10 km until you reach the junction with Route 5. Turn left onto Route 5 and continue for about 15 km. Take the exit towards Jaksamontie and follow the signs for Kota-Husky. You will arrive at Jaksamontie 58, 97890 Karjalaisenniemi, where Kota-Husky is located. Parking is available on-site.

From the nearest bus stop in the town of Ruka, take a bus that heads towards Kemi. Inform the driver that you’ll be getting off at the nearest stop to Jaksamontie. From there, it may be necessary to walk approximately 3 km along Jaksamontie to reach Kota-Husky at Jaksamontie 58, 97890 Karjalaisenniemi. Be sure to check the bus schedule in advance, as services may be limited.
