Public Bus

From the center of Savonlinna, head to the Savonlinna Bus Station located at Kauppatori. Take bus number 5 towards Tavisalo. The bus ride takes approximately 30 minutes. Get off at the 'Tavisalontie' stop. From there, walk approximately 1.5 kilometers along Tavisalontie road towards the east until you reach Hytermä, which will be on your left side.

Bicycle

If you prefer cycling, rent a bicycle from one of the local rental shops in Savonlinna. Start from the center and take the scenic route along the lakeside. Head towards Tavisalontie and follow the road for about 1.5 kilometers until you arrive at Hytermä. The ride should take about 10-15 minutes at a leisurely pace.

Walking

For those who enjoy walking, start at the Savonlinna Market Square (Kauppatori) and head towards the lakeside. Follow the waterfront path until you reach Tavisalontie. Turn right onto Tavisalontie and continue walking for about 1.5 kilometers. Hytermä will be on your left. This walk should take about 30-40 minutes, providing beautiful views along the way.
