Getting There

  • Walking

    If you are starting from the historic district, head south on St. George Street. Continue walking straight until you reach the intersection with Hypolita Street. The St. Photios Shrine is located at 41 St George St, just a short distance from this intersection. Look for the sign for the shrine on your right side. It should take about 10-15 minutes to walk from the center of the historic district.

  • Public Transit (Trolley)

    If you prefer to take a trolley, look for the Old Town Trolley Tours or the Red Train Tours, which have stops throughout the historic district. Board the trolley and ask the driver to let you off at the stop nearest to St. George Street. From there, walk north on St. George Street for about 2 minutes until you reach the shrine at 41 St George St.
