If you're starting your journey from downtown St. Petersburg, walk to the nearest bus stop and catch the PSTA Route 100X or Route 18 heading toward Tampa. The bus ride will take approximately 30-40 minutes. Get off at the stop at the Tampa Bay Transfer Center. From there, transfer to the HART Route 15, which will take you directly to the Glazer Children's Museum located at 110 W Gasparilla Plaza. The museum will be within a 5-minute walk from the bus stop.

If you prefer biking, you can rent a bike from one of the local bike-sharing stations in St. Petersburg. Head toward the Pinellas Trail and bike northwest until you reach the intersection with 5th Avenue N. Continue straight until you reach 1st Avenue N, then turn right. Follow 1st Avenue N until you cross the bridge into Tampa. Once you reach downtown Tampa, follow the signs for the Glazer Children's Museum, which is located at 110 W Gasparilla Plaza. The biking distance is about 25 miles and can take up to 2 hours, depending on your pace.

For those in the vicinity of downtown St. Petersburg, a scenic walking route can be an enjoyable option. Start at the St. Pete Pier and walk north along the waterfront. Continue walking until you reach Beach Drive NE, then turn left and head towards 1st Avenue N. Follow 1st Avenue N until you reach the bus terminal. From there, catch the HART Route 15 to the Glazer Children's Museum. The total walking distance is about 2 miles, and the entire journey may take around 1 hour and 30 minutes, including the bus ride.
