Walking
From the Tampa Convention Center, head north along the Riverwalk, following the Hillsborough River. MacDill Park will be on your left, approximately a 10-15 minute walk. Look for the park's entrance near the intersection of Ashley Drive and Whiting Street. The park is easily identifiable by its open green space and waterfront promenade.
Public Transport
Take the TECO Line Streetcar to the Convention Center Station. From there, walk north along the Riverwalk towards the park (approximately 10-15 minutes). The streetcar is free and operates frequently, providing convenient access from Ybor City and the Channel District. Alternatively, several HART bus lines stop near the Riverwalk; check the HART website for the most up-to-date routes and schedules. A single bus fare is $2.
Taxi/Ride-Share
Request a taxi or ride-share (Uber/Lyft) to 100 N Ashley Dr, Tampa, FL 33602. The driver can drop you off directly in front of the park. Expect to pay around $8-$12 for a ride from most downtown locations.
Driving
